For over the past 46 years since you become PM and rule over Singapore you have developed it from a shattered (developing, third world country)city to a modern and high-rise buliding (developed, first world country). But there is still room for improvment is some ways and matter as all government in the world is not perfect but you still try to cover this and that. I want to say a big thank you to you and hope that you still can listen to our views on the government or Singapore as this is our country and we can comment what we can

We recongnise the contribution from you even well before you become the PM till date. In the same breath we will also not forget those comrades around you, behind you and with you through out the long journey. Many had fallen on the way. We will also not forget those who had helped in one way or the other in the building of the nation including the coolies, the red hat ladies, the Ah Mahs, the Ah Mats, the living and the death and etc.
We thank you MM Lee, and thank you to all the comrades who had assisted MM Lee, and thank you to all who had contributed to the building of the nation.
Thank you Singaporean for your contribution to the nation building, including your effort in NS, your taxes and your unfailing support for various government policies. -

To be fair, thank LKY for the things he has put in place after the 50s and 60s.But he should never be called the only son of Singapore who was capable enough to bring this nation forward.
The population is the real bunch of heroes that should be applauded in greater detail.
To all Singaporeans past and present, especially all the lao jiaos.Thank you for your sweat and tears.There are still people who have not forgotten you guys. -
