The President's New Priorities.

We're sorry...that you now have to serve the bureaucrats and slog away for a couple of years.
We're sorry that you had to revise your priorities. We know you'd really wish to retire for good, and have more time to indulge yourself with the sweet delicacies that your wife so loves to prepare for you (they reported you had a sweet tooth). But now your priorities have to be changed for the worse. Why you managed to be persuaded, we'll let the masses guess.
We appreciate you speaking in 4 different languages during your re-election speech. It's seems like the first time you did this, and we can't help but feel that it was a desperate effort to try and have us understand what you really wanted - out for good. But for some reasons compelling, those words just didn't come out, did they...?
We're sorry this country couldn't find a greater potential than you. We're sorry to have such lousy, uesless folks around.
Keep up the good work, Mr. President. We hope the next 6 years will pass swiftly by so you may finally rest on your laurels.
But you know you might not find rest again on this planet. -
New priorities of the President:
- Start running at East Coast so that he can be interviewed by the people of the East.
- Start a Indian singing chinese song contest and him being the judge.
- Make the people confused of what actually is him doing at all.
- Lie low for the next five more years so that he does not say anything stupid or against the party that support him.
- Grow fat with more prata.
- Figure out what is the "people president" ????
- Try to sell Istana at a HIGH price.
- Take new photos of him for schools as his face have become more prosperous.
- Learn how to sing the National Anthem.
- Learn to ask more stupid questions during Parade and Function.
- Set an higher criteria for the new PEE election. -
New priorities for president: Same as last term...
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
Its probably one of the very rare jobs where not doing your job is seen as the best way to keep your job.
Useless, overpaid, overacheiving, unelected twat. -
Like the morning that you go to the temple before to the nomination centre. pray that you will live up to your conscience in your performance as the president fro the next 6 years.

Darn. As far as i am concerned, Nathan is one of the greatest leech in Singapore. The homeless bum on the street at least has the courtesy not to leech the country of its money.
In my opinion, Nathan = Synonym for Greatest leech in Singapore.
