Are there too many degree holders?

Problematic... you mean he is getting those Singaporeans cleaning those tubes to use their papers... I think there is a need to review certain... things to catch up with time and stay afloat. It's rather ridiculous. Toilet certs from WTC (world toilet college)...
I wonder has PM himself ever stare at these folks and thought of it himself if the folks are taking thousands back for a cert, and will get even more after getting the cert... and even so, how long will these oldies last with such monies... if there is.
Or has he some other intentions... on the youths... I am not criticising him but... it's really sounding weird to me.
