GET PAID DOING SURVEYS?????

  DId anyone here actually tried signing up for some US based company website which states that u actually get paid doing surveys????? Is it reliable or is it all a scam????
  
  it jus seems all too good to be true! Im suspicious tt it might be some kinda gimmick? cos u actually need to pay a registration fee of $33 US DOLLAR(life time membership fee).
