wah kao.....i live in the western side of singapore. for the past few weeks, i saw no fewer than 4 china monks going around my neighbourhood asking people for donations. i thought for a period they r gone for good but now they are making a comeback. maybe thanks to our NKF, news of how it accumulated millions n millions of dollars spread around the world. WOW...everyone think singaporeans very rich leh, very generous also, now they come to singapore try to collect as much money as possible. you ever encountered monks who approached you for donations? what do they want the donations for? because they pass you the amulet so they expect you for donations? is it the same trick they r all using? or is it possible they r genuine monks?( impossible right since they are not suppose to ask for money) how come people still giving them money? is it because of a lack of public awareness? any solutions to tackle the problem?
