They collected something like S$17b in taxes last year. You think the elite and rich are exempted? Will the gahmen let them go without paying taxes? They are the big fish, die die also must chase them for the last penny.

If the Chinese government is as effective as SG government as for their each and every population , manage to make it as 1.3 billion/4million x $26 billion SGD .
Then it would be as dominating as USA. -
