KL to ease pain of soaring oil prices

  KUALA LUMPUR - WITH soaring oil prices hitting Malaysians hard in the pocket and retailers refusing to keep prices down, the government is now considering measures like lowering road taxes and toll charges.
  
  Such measures will lower the nation's revenues, but Prime Minister Abdullah Badawi said the government had to help ease the burden of the people.

  actually...if u notice...the electrical bills (due to the oil price increase) is gonna increase another time since the last hike last year
  
  i remember reading it off the chinese "lian he wan bao" ...so u can see how they are "helping" us

  Each month when your household used $25 of water, on top of that, the govt tax you another $12plus related to your water, it is called water borne fee and water conservation tax! If you use $50, it will be around $25!Then they take this amount to subsidise or"help" you if you are staying in HDB1-5 rm.
  If they tell you water needs to be imported, why most reservoirs open its flood gate each evening to drain off so much excess water when it rains?

  I have not paid a cent for water for the last 8mth coz I have not hit the "pay" limit.... below that all water is FREE!!!....

  We have god gifted natural deep water port and situated in middle of the world which vessels will have to come and go and taking a break, refuel and replenishment food and refreshment from singapore which that had been generated income for singapore also~!
