Who feels tht music of da 2000's are dominated by da african american? First of all we haf da hip-hop N r&b culture.. N thn there's rap, underground, grunge N lots more.. it's all artists lyk Usher, 50 cent, fat joe, lil jon, snoop dogg, ludacris etcs.. N they are all classified under african americans. My personal fave is kanye west cuz he's very original.. think who'd associate rap wif religion? his hit single "jesus walks" is one of da most original eva.. I'm a fan of r&b music.. lurf clubs wif em.. okay wif rap N hip hop too. :]

You must be watching too much MTV awards...i have to agree that the majority of the show was dominated by african americans and their brand of pop rap music.
Still, i think new-age and smooth jazz are becoming the in-thing nowadays. -
