Since we've decided to talk about singapore drivers, then lets talk about sg roads, instead of the NS highway. There is NO NS highway in sg, and the TP and SPF and LTA cannot do anything about what happens on the NS highway.

Lane 1 is for overtaking, Lane 2 is for high speed, Lane 3 is for heavy vehicles and slower drivers, Lane 4 is usually for filtering or low speed, depending on the road conditions. Lane 1 is for overtaking, if you can't make the speed, then drive on Lane 2 or 3. I'm with you on this point.
Nevertheless, safety is of upmost importance. There are times when road conditions dictate that you drive at a lower speed and you just have to adjust accordingly instead of swearing and honking at those in front of you. We want to minimize accidents right? -

KNN...was traveling along CTE towards city at about 5.45pm. traffic was building up and there was this ambulance traveling along 1st lane rushing someone to hospital. Both the light and siren are on.
And guess what, the ambulance was block by this black honda civic for exactly 1 mins, and that is the time taken for that idiot to realise that there is a bloody ambulance tailgating him.
KNN this kind of idiot need to be condemn and send to HELL...
