  Here's one way. Along the international waters, check out which part of the ocean is the shallowest. Buy some sand and reclaim that spot. However big you want your country, reclaim the size you want.

  Reclamation is too expensive. I was thinking of buying an oilrig or something like that. Does anyone knows how much an oil rig would cost (without all the oil pump and etc.)? When i have more money, i will then buy more oilrig. But im still not sure how i can get sufficient food for my people without a helicopter or some sort of stuff like that.
