Indonesian police search through the wreckage of a restaurant at the site of a bomb blast in Kuta, on the Indonesian resort island of Bali October 1, 2005. At least 25 people including foreigners were killed and nearly 90 were wounded in bomb blasts in Kuta Square shopping centre and Jimbaran Beach on Bali island on Saturday, officials said. Indonesia's President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono condemned as terrorism the nearly simultaneous blasts, which come three years after militants linked to al Qaeda bombed two nightclubs in Bali, killing 202 people, mainly foreign tourists.

well, looks like it's going to be a long bloody struggle..
thing is, to break the cycle of violence, the maniacs have to be discredited by refusing to play their game.. something Bush happily got into because it was to his interests to escalate the violence..
oh well... i hope the Balinese won't have their spirits broken.. it would be a 2nd tragedy if it happened... -

The one and only good thing about this attack is that it managed to divert Indonesian's anger away from the government. (oil price hike)

I think most of these fanatics or terrorists are jealous about others society's successes. Most suicide bombers seemed to be from countries where there are mass poverty.
Besides making alot of noise and headlines, those bombings are not going to change the world nor win sympathy for them.
It would be better if these poor ignorant suicide bombers use love and tolerance to deliver their agendas, instead of committing wanton destruction. You can almost see the their pent-up hatred for things living especially fellow human beings.
I heard suicide bombers were promised a wonderful life in heaven for what they done. I wonder if they ever thought carefully that waiting for them on the other side may not be 72 virgin girls but SATAN himself!
Because i have been taught that Satan likes to inspire men to commit murders and other crimes. Satan's fulltime job is to inspire people to spread evil and misery in this world. -

building after the revolution, having a policy to improve the people's lot, progress and building an infrastructure which will create happiness and progress... now that is difficult..
