As I thinking that these type of germ can be engineered to kill a certain type of race...
A disease just to kill a certain race is not impossible.....as long you put in the race DNA for the germ to destroy....
Actually to mutate the bird flu virus to human to human is not that difficult...you need a series of mutations, recombinations and incubations
And a few human sacrifices -
