Jungle of laws and 50% responsible

  If we are going to pass laws to preempt and forestall every problem complained of by someone in the newspaper or "999" we will sooner or later end up in a jungle of laws where no one is able to avoid knocking into laws.
  
  Then when you look one way, you get knocked by the law in another because you cannot look in every direction. Yet for law sake you will be held 50% responsible all the time because the judge will have his job to do.

  Maybe in the future, if the front car is knocked by the rear car, the 50% rule applys.....because the front car never look at the rear when the rear car bump onto it

  My post might appear perplexing as it was copied over from a reply to someone at channelnewsasia about 50% liability for falling window on someone for not looking up when window falls or for not looking in direction of reversing car in a one-way traffic. Snowflag got it right first time. Nowadays, someone will always have to be responsible and there are too many laws lah.
