Perhaps we can have another "durian" in the form of "minister libraries" where the ministers can donate their pay slip, IRAS income tax forms, bank account statements and reciepts of purchases for singaporeans to admire. -

After all the talks about using foreign talents to create jobs, citizens will not stop Tony Blair or Clinton from being elected our President or PM any more, I think.
They will notice too that the citizens are gradually being replaced by foreign talents too so there is no more rationality in differentiating who is foreign or who is not as long as the white cat also catches a mouse.
