Newbies from PAP to contest in the next GE

Wonder if those newbies will be place together with those heavyweights like Goh Chok Tong, Lee Hsien Loong and many more............. to conpete against the opposition in the GRC ward. As they are new to the public and dunno anything about them???
What if they were placed in SMC and compete those heavyweight opposition champion like Chee Soon Juan and so on????
Would they succed a not
But I think the newbies will succed as the PAP other members would help them indirectly???
How about those opposition newbies??? Do they stand a chance like those PAP newbies???
