we should have elections more often... maybe change from the current 5 yrs (??) to 3 yrs. then we can have more goodies everytime the election comes around... -
My company hold back a retrenchment exercise till late feb and early march. Main reason? I guess election coming very soon.

I sometimes wonder if it is part of a ploy to make sure that the former remnants of Eunos and Cheng San GRCs do not become hot seats. Not that I begrudge the two men for their appointments. -
