Know the laws.
Murder, drug abuse and trafficking, carrying of firearms, kidnapping of people will result in death penalty.
Insulting of races you know already. Read the newspapers.
If you have kids below 6 years, it is compulsory for them to attend primary school. Will receive a letter to ask you to register your child. If never, a fine and jail term.
No littering, spitting, eating and drinking on public transport. A fine will be meted out to you for doing any of these.
Have a health checkup. Singapore don't like people who bring in diseases because they will affect Singaporeans. Affecting Singaporeans = affect Singapore's only resource: human
If not sure any of the Singlish terms used here, never used them, because some of them are meant for insulting even though they have a nice meaning. For example: chiobu means beautiful lady but in a sacarstic way.

For those who like living in 'the Matrix', Singapore is an excellent choice!!! Basically one have to be very obedient & do whatever what the 'Nanny' says, then he/she will have no problem living in Singapore. There's no room for the mavericks. Singapore is a slaughterhouse for creativity and the out-of-the-box ideas & actions.
