How can our schorlars be creative if they don't party enough?
I'm no schorlar but I run circles round some of these schorlars sometimes. Wake them up a little bit. -

But there are other overseas scholars who graduated with honours in their respective fields and eventually served the country whole-heartedly throughout the bonds. These are the good guys.

It's just a vengeful man trying to pay back those bond-breakers for screwing him big time.
A relative small statistic of scholars intentionally break their bonds, with a larger number being poached by rival organisations. After all, do you really think they pay the compensation clause? -
