It is interesting that we now keep seeing a salma trying to way-lay any forumer's post with his own version of government thinking whenever any post is slightly critical of government policies. He only admitted that he had served in the grass root after first denying being in the government.

I don't serve in the grass roots, but I do know how the system works. Thats why I say, if you want to be respected and heard, join the grassroots and work your way up.
The problem with you is, just because I debunked your govt bashing, you simply assume I work for the govt. You think the whole Singapore thinks & behaves like you. You are living in your own world buddy.
I debunk your criticism because I know they are wrong. I know it thru my own observation and assessment and I just hope you are not so narrow minded. Be humble and open up a bit lah to other people's views. You've got a lot to learn. -

Did you realise that Robert Teh's fallacies have been debunked point by point with facts and logic and he could not defend his position but simply repeated them?

Yes, I also feel that Salman is not too balanced in his views as well. I don't think that government policies are all bad, but I seriously doubt they are all as good as they are made out to be.
PM Lee wants the right of reply...that' s fair enough. Unfortunately his method of reply is via a defamation suit ever so often....does he not realize that he might win the lawsuit but lose the grass roots? -

I simply see the wisdom in their policies after much examination and comparison.
I know both the good and bad policies pretty well.
Guy like Robert Teh, the govt will surely not listen to him cos he doesn't even know wtf he is talking about. He parrots after others who whine and think they makes sense w/o thinking thru the issues.
Notice that he never brought up anything new. Its always the same senseless harp that other whiners brought up. Nothing creative or thoughtful.
These whiners are not open minded. They never listen to counter arguments and they can't reply to counters against them. They simply repeat the same stuff as if it has never been debunked before. -
