Dispute Between Neighbours

even at this hour a lot of noise is coming from my neighbour. i really wonder what the fark he is doing at all.

ok ppl maybe i should tell u guys something i know.
have u ever heard marbles droping on the floor in the middle of the night ?
or dragging of stuffs or simply some other sounds ?
it is said that when the contractors are building our flats they put marbles inside. this is said to provide entertaiment for someone else. and i once in a blue moon can hear marbles dropping in the night or dragging of stuff. the unit above me does not have kids and when we ask them they don't even have marbles.
so just let it be, i have being living with it since i was born. if u think that i am BS-ing then too bad i seriously belive that there is an extra family living with us just that we don't cross each other's path.

What can you do? You can do nothing.... i suppose...unless you upgrade yourself to live in a semi-d or bungalow where u can have privacy.

old flat design are better than new flat design...u know y? today, the new flat design has neighbour main door facing your main door. And, you ll see them more often when you need to throw rubbish bcos rubbish bin is located at the corridoor.
