If all you read is this whining by these sissies, you would think your country's finished. You would think it's over. You would think there's no reason to be a Singaporean anymore. You would think being a Singaporean's a dirty word. You would think being a Singapore citizen is absolutely slavery.
Well Salman say these are a bunch of lousy losers with no brains. They are nay sayers and pessimists. We have no foresight, no vision, they only have backside. We can never build this country with these people and they will never contribute anything to Singapore.

If your intention is to debunk those 'whiners', then bring out some useful arguments (with proper research) to show what the govt has succeeded in accomplishing for the people.

I do not agree with your statement. A healthy crossfire between two opposition camps in any debate can better surface the pros and cons in any debatable topics which either side failed to see.
Actually, it will be a fairer analysis to any discussion topics if both sides are equally match but sadly, this is not the case I have seen.
So the onus now rest on the readers, especially the younger ones to think deeper rather than believing what have been typed, to be the complete picture.

I wish to correct the wrong impression that may be created by my previous post.
My posting which was deleted as stated therein was not deleted by feedback unit but by moderator of Channel News Asia website.
The deleted thread was actively engaged in by forumers but suddently the whole topic including my objective reply to someone called h2 and his retraction of his earlier rejection of my stand was all deleted by the moderator of CNA probably because the truths about ministers making extraordinary gains hurt.
It is sad CNA cannot receive and transmit feedbacks of value to the government or they are afraid of truths and will only listen to all the praises.
In so many years of human history which leaders or countries have really consistently succeeded or triumphed by practising narrow-minded exclusion or self-denial.
I have posted many times that Singapore needs to open up to allow all citizens to contribute with mass participation in knowledge application but there is no commitments so far to such opinion but only all the persistent deletion of views and opinions to cover up problems like the NKF.
Right now you want to build an inclusive society but can you really get only a few elites or leaders to do it. How do you propose to solve the 20 persistent major problems to win over the citizens falling faith. -
If you read this forum, at least you can indentify clearly people on who and what they are siding with. The local papers are often blantly suporting one side but offering weak counter arguments while not publishing to good ones to appear objective. On the internet you are more likely to read opinions that are not in line with the goverment policies.
