Actually, this will be a great Singapore retort to Aussies. Unlike Western beliefs, our Asian nation believes in reincarnation. Australians must respect that we have different religious beliefs. From this point of view, since these misguided criminals need a second chance at life, the death penalty is not barbaric but is in fact the ultimate rehabilitative sentence.

For goodness sake, I think Mr Singh should just stop accepting interviews from the Australian press.. he's just adding fuel to fire.. what with things like 'they don't struggle.. i know the real way.. rebirth' blah blah blah..
Might be better for Mr Singh too.. before the authorities decide to hang him for treason - talking too much and jeopardizing Singapore-Australia relations. -
They could have Nguyen do the job on Singh.
