  Whats wrong with this system? Isn't it being practiced in countries all over the world? Why would we need a lazy dumbo to run the system?

  Not all schools judge students entirely on results.
  
  Take NAFA, Lasalle for example. Your Art talents are most important.
  
  Also, used by many places doesn't neccessary mean it is right.

  Complain, rant, scold (the system, not MOE or Tharman)....

  Some schools are trying out through train programs to poly. These students are studying subjects like IT and engineering that are normally not taught in school. But only certain schools.
  
  Talented students still being ignored even if they proved that they are good.
