It sounded as though he derived pleasure from that...Originally posted by Croaking_Toad:Huh? I thought I am the only mountain tortoise here. It seems not many of us locals caught the interview let alone know how he looks like.
But the thing that kicks me most is....
With me, they (the prisoners) don't struggle. I know the real way. If it's a raw guy, they will struggle like chickens, like fish out of the water," Singh told Reuters at his spacious four-bedroom apartment.
At first i felt sorry for him after reading that he was sacked because of this interview. Imagine after the long years in service and got sacked.... But after knowing what he had said in this interview, i think otherwise now.
That's just a bit too much... nobody wants to know whether the excuted struggled like chickens or fish out of water....![]()

There are many ways to monitor news about Singapore that doesn't make it to the ST.Read up on all the sides of a story and never let one decide for you.Originally posted by Croaking_Toad:Huh? The ironic thing is being an Asian country, Singapore puts society first before the individual. But yet we believe strongly in family ties. Whereas in a western country like Australia, the individual comes first. Therefore, they believe that it is up to the individual should they want to be in the habit of drugs. We rather prevent the problem. They prefer to fix the problem when it arises. East and west collides....
