If that's the case, then they should ban The Green Mile, Tale of Two Cities, and all other works of literature which references the death penalty. After all, it would be too 'insensitive' to be reading them.
We can forget about being an arts hub already. What's the point of having $600 million durians when the arts scene can't be allowed to flourish? Lots of beautiful architecture, but lacking any soul whatsoever.
