Dr. Tony Tan has been appointed as the new Chairman of SPH to replace the incumbent Mr. Lim Chin Beng.
Mr. Lim Chin Beng probably did not think much about people's views as expressed in forums. This can be seen in the way ST is holding back publications of readers' views on the government performance and people's problems.
Perhaps, Dr. Tan should read the various pros-and-cons of openning up intellectual space, and easing controls of our press as posted in this forum.
