Legalism or Legalistic Hitlerism - Using of laws to justify all assumptions and pre-conceived policies and actions.
It seems like this is how our leaders are leading us - as long as certain assumptions and concepts are made, there will be a hierachy of actions taken to concrete these assumptions and concepts in legalised frameworks of laws and bibles. These assumptions are then persisted in irrespective of people's views and problems.
