Nosiy neighbour, what should you do?

  my neighbour's neurotic daughter is shouting and thumping at this hour.

  it is only 6 in the morning and my neighbour is hammering away.
  
  he just doesnt give a hoot about other people.

  a friend of mine has a neighbour who's constantly shouting at her kids, not only at her kids...the pet rabbit too oh and her daughter is learning to play the violin

  the problem is today is CNY and it is only 6am.
  
  what is she trying to prove?
  
  it is so quiet now.
  
  i went to the window and asked "what are you trying to prove? you are not the only one living in this block. please be considerate!! everybody is trying to sleep."
  
  but she just doest care. she is still knocking now and i cant sleep at all.

  confronted them 4 times already.

  If it is affecting you so badly, go see a doctor and ccomplain that you can't sleep properly and that it is having a detrimental effect on your health. Gather all the evidence you can. Get witnesses. Then take that idol wannabe to court. Sue him.

  i have problems with my neighbours too.
  
  HDB came to mediate but to no avail. the next course of action is the court but it will only hurt our pockets and achieve no results.
  
  joo chiat case is a good example!!
