actually i think some of the employees should also be blamed, I am sure there are those who are aware of what is happening but just keep their mouths shut and let the good times roll. -

You have to credit Davinder Singh for 'nuking' the answers and innuendos out of TT. He was so subtle that he just waited for TT to tie himself into knots with his own contradicting affidavit and court statements.
Yet he was brimming with confidence just before the trial, so sure that SPH was just another fly to be swapped aside.
Michael Khoo was hopeless as the plaintiff's councillor. As in Ooi Hong Leong's defamation case, he failed to stop the defendant's piercing line of questioning and break the momemtum Davinder was gaining with each measured inquiry.
TT literally whithered under the merciless assault. -
