After all the investigation by auditors & inviligator send to NKF in 2001 and reports send to NCSS. nothing was done. Maybe their motto is "If nothing happen. don't bother to remove the hornet nests."

Watchdogs, as the name implies, are but dogs. Like any dog, it is not whether it cares to attack but whether it dares. If the robber is big and powerful, holds a big stick and screams louder, the cowardice dog will simply put its tail between its legs and quietly slips into oblivion.

That $262M reserve raised during the lawsuit now turns into a qn.. How it turned out to be $262M when KPMG stated it is only $181M?

That is a tough question to answer. In fact, numbers have no meaning now. It has been so many years since they first started helping themselves and they could and should have known how to cover up. The figures that were managed to piece together by the investigators ((who must be very careful as in law you must have evidence))and reported are possibly tip of the icebergs. Only GOD knows how much has actually had been taken.

actually the problem is that the robber actually was having tea with the master's wife, what do you think the dog can do??

Auditors sure are good at digging up dead skeletons.
Can ask them to do some digging in many similar public-funded organisations to see whether a handful bunch had been monkeying with the funds?
