How do you guys feel about using sms to tell you that you are indicted?
I feel that it will save people of embarrassment, as no notice will be pasted outside your flat, and it is instant.
However, if there is something is happening to the company, the employees won't know that, as only the person-in-charge will receive the SMS. The employees will be at a loss if the government officials suddenly come and say that is office is confiscated. -
It seems a bit too informal for my liking.
Something as serious and formal such as this shouldn't be done over SMS.

But I feel that formality can be ignored. All we need is to tell them that they have a court case.
The only worst thing is that they changed their handphone numbers and moved house. The officials are going to waste more time finding out where they have moved and what number did they changed to. Not a cost-effective way and time-saving way in this way. -
