Beware of 2 very suspicious Malay guys in Yishun

today hor, my mum very very very scared leh!
I live in Blk 126 in Yishun, near Chong Pang City with my mum.
today at about 9pm,she took a lift. after she just went out of the lift, a malay guy who was licking a leftover cigratte suddenly said to her, "Aunite!!!" this shocked my mum. the malay guy continued to ask for money from her...and this even scared her more.
A few days ago, my mum and i saw this guy together with another malay guy at the void deck. They told us that they had left their house keys in their flat, and they needed 2 dollars to take bus to ang mo kio to take key from their parents to open the door. As my mum could not understand a lot of English, she was easily bluffed.
I already sensed that these two ppl could be drug addicts as their faces were pale. I seldom see Malay people with pale faces. Their skin colours were scary.
I translated to my mother what they said, and my mum took out 2 dollars.
however, they asked for two dollars more. Somehow this time round my mum understood and she took out another 2 bucks...and the two guys just took the 4 dollars and walked away quickly. I felt that they are extremely suspicious as the guy mentioned earlier who licked the leftover cigratte looked at me after he walked away from me for a distance. The way he looked at me makes me suspect him even more...
Later, my mum realized that these two ppl must be cheaters...so she just hoped that they won't appear again.
however, they just appeared again today, and made her so frighteded that she ran to my flat, and shouted my name in Chinese, asking me to open the door asap. After she finally came home, she told me that at the corridor she was so afraid that she dared not look behind. All she wanted at that very moment was to get home asap...
i suggested my mum hor, to report to police, but she was afraid that later these ppl know we reported them, then they might harm us...
so should i report to police or not? what should i do?
i also want to warn u about these two malay ppl, if you live in the same neighbouhood as me, or if u have seen them before.
Kindly give me a suggestion by replying to this thread. If u have an encounter with them, also can reply to this thread or send me a message.
Police officers, tell me what is the best solution please...
and i really dun want them to harrass my mum and me anymore...i pray that they wont harm others too... in Jesus' name -

better report to police. the police will have ways to handle such cases, even Yishun got so many Malays. yor mom's photo won't be posted on the notice board or ST so no one will know.

my neighbour is a 20+ year old man from malaysia
now selling chicken rice
he says he saw these ppl before
he gave them two bucks only once
he also says that they must be drug addicts...

Ur story remind me i was being approached by a Malay guy quite some time ago, he was quite slim, in his early teens, not tall. He approached me while i was walking back home after passing some stuff to my fren, i remembered he said the same story like he need to go back home.... something amk also, very coincide with ur mum's situation.
I happened that i didn't bring any money at that time; i just shrug him off and walk away. -
yet another huan-nah addict....must get them behind bars..they are society's scumbugs...later they will resort to robbery and snatch theft....

When strangers ask for money on the street the golden rule is "Don't give" whether Chinese, Indian, Malay, Ang Moh or others. Give once and they come again. Easy money sure want some more mah.
