Office of charities watchdog to be strengthened ?

  Do you think this is possible in Singapore ? Guess who is going to sit in the board ? I guess it's going to be the same old gang, those lawyers, accountant or public servants. Are they the only reliable people in Singapore, and not hawkers, taxi drivers etc ?
