Since you are going to make the suggestion to PAP.

PRP, could you please help me to convey my suggestion as well.

Since Chiam said he was not afraid of anyone, i believe PM LHL, SM GCT and MM Lee have also said the same things.

Since everyone (PAP or OPP) said that they are not afraid of anyone, my suggestion to PAP is asking their own election contesting members to pressure PM LHL to field them in SMC rather than in a GRC.
Since every and single PAP candidates will tell the whole world that they are not afraid of anyone in the contest, but can't do much if the party will to field them in a GRC team.
Then they should ask PM LHL to go and tweak the arms of those election department executives to redraw the Singapore election boundaries into 84 Single Wards, doing away with a GRC team concept.
Then everyone got to fight their election battle on a one to one situation.
As to the reasoning why GRC is created in the first place (to ensure minority race participation), the Election Dept will further designate a few wards specifically to be contested by a Malay, Indian or Eurasian candidates.
Too bad if the opposition partys are unable to field any minority race candidates in those specifically stated wards, then walkover lah. PAP win the wards and we still have minority race representation in the paliament.
PRP, how? Can pass on the suggestion for me or not?
