The GRC is definitely causing a lot of walkovers to happen. But this resulted in our society being more peaceful. No racial riots. No religious riots.
There's definitely ways to improve this situation. You can remove the GRCs. We can be like Malaysia, where each race contest against another race. We can be like the US. All these are just suggestions, which have their own advantages and disadvantages.

Are there any evidence? It will bring about law suits if it is false.

On what basis do you say that foreigners in Singapore are to replace our ailing population? True, we do have one of the lowest birth rate, but I don't think foreigners will be replacing us. Do you want a foreign political party to be ruling you? That would be defeating the purpose of Lee Kuan Yew. He set up PAP because he wanted independence, and now foreigners are to rule us again.
Charities embroiled in corruption?

The case is not settled yet. You can't say that corruption is involved. What we know that funds are not being used the way they are supposed to be used.
