white horse term was use to make sure VIP sons dont get extra treatment during NS. but it truth it serve the opposite. it make sure the PC, CO and commander know who is the unit and special good treatment. good rreport and possible OCS. just ask ourselves, if there is a whitehorse in our platoon , battalion, company who will dont know.
