Hmm, WP fighting East Coast? They'll be up against DPM Jayakumar, won't they? Speaker Abdullah is also in the PAP team there. It doesn't seem like an easy task for any opposition party to contest this ward.
Wonder if Dr Tony Tan will even be involved this year. He has relinquished all ministerial posts and could well be quitting politics. -
There'll probably be some minor changes but the overall picture should be correct.
The last electorial boundary changes have already been tried and tested and support for the ruling party can't come any better.
Anyhow, our media has been and is always a subtle messanger of the ruling party's politics.
Just look at the recent half-page publicity dedicated to Mr Seetoh dishing out abalone porriage to potong pasir constituents? Fatastic shot of him in a chef's cap too... -
You sure WP contesting AMK GRC? LHL in there leh. I doubt it.

ANY team trying to wrest this GRC would have a serious fight on their hands.
It would be interesting though, if AMK GRC was indeed contested. The tough cookie would be it's main incumbent PM LHL, rather than the GRC itself. -

some of the candidates will be more challenged to perform than to hide behind big brothers & sisters and just ride on the bus.
