Women's Charter hurting good women as well?

I have though about this matter for a while and i found that it could possible be hurting good women. I hope to hear some comments from women about this issue.please refrain from making gender biased remarks and dicuss from a neutral humanity's point of view. thanks u.
- hurts good women as well as it creates a social notion among men that marriage is a an extremely risky venture and women are risky because of a few black sheeps
- causing men to marry lower educated foreign wives for fear of rebellion and the higher educated women left on the shelf. Especially in a country like ours where many women seems to be higher educated than men, it contributes to falling birth rates and aging population. worst is that it can cause a man to migrate to the country of his foreign wife causing a population crisis in our country.
- If a man after divorce decides to reamarry but still has to pay for maintenance to his ex-wife, his new wife suffers from it financially as well as both of them get tied down when they want to start a new life as they could have go on to do so much together
- It also hinders good women from marrying a divorced man who is tied down financially by maintenance. In no way it contributes to bringing down divorce rates if in the first place, divorced people have problem remarrying. As stats are calculated year after year, the rate just goes up
good women are victims as well.
As u can see all the above means one thing : problems in society. And that means problems everywhere from economy to defence
So how can we improve it? -
