Using PUBLIC money and time to do side business

  it is a very weird feeling i decided to post here.
  
  I met a prof in NTU to do MLM during OFFICE hours.
  
  Wau!!!! they are so free... sg pay them to do mlm. coolz man.
  
  maybe i should ask the government to pay me to do MLM.

  if after office hour i think is alright .. but is during OFFICE hours ... dont you feel a bit not right

  might be a conflict of interest issue
  
  the boss pay them to work fully for eight hours, yet they do other things, so might not be right

  they are taking away our hard-earn taxed money to pay some forgiener and such stuff can happen ... i m beginning to doubt about this ...

  even i dont pay a cent ... i dont think it is right to do your own business during office hours ...
