I studied no much.. Appreciate anyone to advise me on the proper definition of public transportation.
The current operators are private or public in actual facts? SMRT, SBS and Tibs etc.

Q1: Can the operators be exempted from paying corporate tax since they belonged to "Public Transportation"
Q2: Can they be exempted from GST or given total GST rebate by the government.
Q3: Can their pay package revealed to the public for reference and their yearly increment %.
Q4: Can their profit be capped at the minimum level sufficient to run the operation smoothly.
Q5: SBS, SMRT are listed companies, hence they are answerable to board members and shareholders. These may can create conflicts of interest when they are serving singaporean. Any possibilities that they consider dislisting all public transport related business in SGX.
The above are all question only. Hopefully can find some geniue answer to them.
