Jeyaretnam is one of the veteran opposition candidate, it will be a waste is he is now allow to take part in the coming election. In order for him to do that he will need to clear his $600K debt he owes to the court.

Just vote for PAP lah...they have the experience and the know how of keeping our country peaceful.
why bother arguing for the opposition? just look at our neighbouring countries...10 mahatirs + 10 abdullahs + 10 megawatis + (fill in the blanks) cannot even equal one of our Mr Lee Kwan Yew.

Can't help much but I will send what I can to JBJ. It'll be good if he can publish the amount he receives and update it regularly to show that he still has support. I sure more will follow.

Jeyaratnam is a spent force. Same for LKY. Both are no longer relevant anymore.

A foolish man? If you have seen Parliamentary debates, he was the only MP who could put LKY in his place, very eloquently and full of sharp wit and intelligence.
His son, Philip is Singapore's youngest Senior Counsel and Law Society President. -

We who are objective, will know he has contributed a lot to the cause of democratic development in Singapore.
Ironically, only he has the passion and the fire, not to mention being willing to put himself in the line of fire to defend his convictions.I dare say we are not up to his standard. -

Since they told me that the vote has serial numbers, so easy to trace and blacklist anti-PAP voters...hmn.....

I agree with you but I think we cannot just let PAP to be the de facto ruling party. They are all highly paid ministers and they should be challenged and be condemn once in awhile.
