I agree that leaders in various fields are unique. They can see a larger picture and know full well how to get there for themselves and others are vanquished or run down sometimes for this reason. There is no quarrel with this "fittest the survivor" precept and it is fine.
However apart from philosophizing about who are better leaders etc, in our own circumstances we are cocooned in the past like the NKF - that there are talents who can run the system better and people ought to listen to them at any costs or price.
Many have been brainwashed into believing that there will be some good leaders and great solutions come what may.
That I believe has been our singularly unique way of running of a country where people must continue to be suppressed in thinking, choosing, exercising their rights or intellectual spaces abd all will be made into paying more and more and getting less and less in return - is beyond belief and credibility.
This single-minded assumption that past leaders are correct in whatever they are doing or saying despite all the problems which are created which till todate are without alternatives or solutions. Such problems continue to be pushed aside with look-good presentations without concrete solutions. As a result, we will have to contend with such a system which will continue to make citizens paying bigger and bigger price while getting less and less. This is the greatest fallacy which is dogging our system which has to be changed.
