Actually, frankly speaking CST should not have built the bus stop, any new bus svs to be introduced which means add bus stops needed, it is LTA's responsibility to build 1 new one -

The writer wrote that PP dun have a park and the residents have turned the nearby Bidadari Cemetery's pavement into a jogging tracks to make up for their lack of a park. he didnt know that PP have a jogging tracks that strats from PIE ( beside SAV ) and goes all the way to Braddell Road ( behind SBS Depot ).
fyi, that cemetery already closed down and its main gate locked up many yrs ago.

This is only a showflat of a 15 storey apartment, marketed by Savills which will be built at Leicester Road, facing One Leicester condo by Centrepoint.
You have to walk along Leicester Road to see the actual site.
The location of the showflat is NOT the location of the apartments. The plot of land is too small for facilities.
There's also Leicester Lodge apartments behind One Leicester for sale. Along Meyappa Chettiar Rd, there's Meya Lodge for sale too.
