as i have said in another post, the HDB upgrades makes me fuming mad, design is crap at my previous block, price is ridicules, etc ...
why must upgrade and cause so much inconvenience, did they not think that there are ppl working in perm night shift ??? the so called utility room ... has clothes hanging stubs ... so the already small utility space cannot be fully utilized due to allowances that has to be made for hanging clothes ....
it is a waste of time money and mentally taxing to the residents -
