PAP used estate upgrading to bribe the 2 opp. wards to vote for it but majority of the voters didn't take it. So estate upgrading bribe doesn't work. How about upgrading the estates ahd hope that they would feel grateful to vote for PAP in the next GE?

There is no such thing as everything is equal.Could it be two neighborhood were built at exactly the same time (same year & same date)?There can be many factors to consider beside buiding completion date.So it is either a lie or an excuse for the govt to be unfair
Don't forget such reasoning was started by a suspected corrupt misister Teh Cheang Wan.Can his arguement be accept by the govt now?
