  Todays ST reporting seem more likely they are taking it up as Civil Lawsuit rather then Criminal act.

  I one of those gundu donated to NKF under that Durai. What to do, contributed to his good life..... sigh... hope someone from the insider circle can pluck the courage to do the right thing and "spill some beans and blow whistle".
  
  I suspect huh, smart people like him, would have cover his track pretty well if he wants to do no good. Very difficult for us to see one lah. Better off thinking where to find cheap Kopi....

  I think Durai is not smart at all to install the imported Germany toilet bowl and the gold tap.
  The real smart ones are the one who is trying their very best to wrapping-up and pulling down the curtains as quickly as possible.
