yeah... went out talking and la-kopi with a bunch of friends at a kopi tiam.. 7 hours of the most entertaining conversation i've had

to a large extent , i think is the people la ....

On the other hand , sg is small . so sometimes not much place to go too .
but sometimes take a stroll in the neighbourhood also not bad ma .
most teens only know orchard , bugis , suntec (stop here) ,
or every saturday must go orchard .

Everything is limited, restricted, prohibited, controlled. Everything is regulated, nothing left to the people's own discretion.
Then again, there are people here who can't or don't know, discretion. -
the word "Boring" is subjective.... which basically means it depends on the person and how he/she manages his/her time... A place is a place is a place.... even on a deserted island, if you are an adventurous soul, it won't be boring.
Bear - your mentioning of the film fest reminded me of those uni days when i would save for the year and spend it all on the film fest... record so far still stands at 29 films in 2 weeks of film fest, max is 4 a day.... heh....
