actually, in my personal opinion in order to save land space, all housing estate especially HDB flats should be at least 20 storey high. and car parks be built 1 storey underground under the flats to conserve space and to provide shade. just a suggestion.

HDB many only 4-5 storeys walk up type, jurong east 10 over storeys quite many ; old car park take up so much space also.
