I am giving them a strong mandate. Cause I dun need to vote.

If the GRC or SMC is walkover or not contested, it cannot be assumed that the people have given the ruling party a strong mandate.
It is just there are no enough opposing party candidates.
Singaporeans have already given the ruling party STRONG mandate for the past two elections.
It is sad to say that the promises given during the election were not fulfiled.
Some of them have to happened BEFORE the election.
The Ruling Party should be asking themselves: "Ask not what the people can do for you, ask yourself what have you done for the people"
The nagging issues about the rising living cost was not covered and brushed off.
What the people have instead is a manifesto which is vague and general in its content. -
Yes.. give the PAP a strong mandate.. so that we can show we support PAP policy to raise transportation cost, raise GST, raise electricity and water bills, raise petrol price, raise tax, reduce your CPF, reduce your salary, reduce your benefits...
Darn. -
I think all political parties should spell out clearly with a strong mandate, what are the list of things they set to do.
The one that sets aside more for the rich, foreigners, young, GLCs, government employees and little for the poor, locals, old, local smes will go out of favor.

in forums and in real life i know many people kpkb about them but when comes to voting, sure vote for them.

I think the party has moved from the hard times of post war struggles, for my singaporeans attitude, to the current for my singapore attitude.

You want high pay - Be a MP.
You want Less Tax - Be a MP.
You want more value in your investment - Invest in GIC.
You cannot be a commoner or a peasant to achieve what you want.
You have to be a ELITE.
