Ways to help National Service men spend their "wasted" time

  I was thinking on my free time, like how about allow those operational fit men to have chance to learn driving. military and convertible to civi.
  
  Benefits two ways. Go to way and your driver shot, how?
  
  Start slow like from combat units, the commanders, the men down the line.

  when suggestions r brought up...they insist on their experience...
